About me

I’m an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in Bristol, offering therapy in person and online. At the heart of my work is a desire to support your well-being by helping you find more balance and bring different parts of your experience into greater harmony.

Therapy has been important in my own life. During times of difficulty, being supported in therapy allowed me to find steadiness and to feel seen. Those experiences have given me deep empathy for what it can feel like to take the first step into therapy — the hope, the hesitation, and the courage it takes. They also shaped my commitment to offering a steady, collaborative, and compassionate presence to those I work with.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both professional training and an insider perspective. I know how identity, difference, and context shape the way we move through the world. I work affirmatively with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients, and I welcome conversations around identity, belonging, and authenticity.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a passionate climber and have a love for the outdoors. Climbing challenges me, grounds me, and helps me reconnect with myself. The rhythm of nature, the physicality of moving on rock, and the perspective that comes from being outdoors are qualities that infuse the way I live and the way I work. I believe that time in nature can offer connection, calm, and perspective — and I carry that belief into my therapy practice.
