About me
Bristol based integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering therapy in person and online. At the heart of my work is a desire to support your well-being. I try to achieve this by helping you to find more balance and bring different parts of your experience into greater harmony.
Therapy has been important in my own life. During difficult times, therapy allowed me to find steadiness and to feel seen. Those experiences have given me deep empathy for what it can feel like to take the first step into therapy. I appreciate first hand the hope, the hesitation, and the courage it takes. It also shaped my commitment to offering a steady, collaborative, and compassionate presence to those I work with.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both professional training and an insider perspective. I know how identity, difference, and context shape the way we move through the world. I welcome conversations around identity, belonging, and authenticity.
Outside of therapy, I’m a passionate climber and have a love for the outdoors. Climbing challenges me, grounds me, and helps me reconnect with myself. The rhythm of nature, the physicality of moving on rock, and the perspective that comes from being outdoors are influential in the way I live and work. I believe time in nature can offer connection, calm, and perspective — and I carry that belief into my therapy practice.
